Job Title: Data Management Professional

Description: We are seeking an experienced Data Management Professional to manage our data management functions, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Management: Ensure timely and accurate collection, collation, reconciliation, and uploading of client and policy data in the portal.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Gather, collate, store, and prepare reports as per business requirements. Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using Excel tools.
  • Client Intimacy and Communication: Intimate monthly data to insurers post-Quality Control (QC) and calculation. Follow up with insurers for closure of endorsements within the TAT period.
  • Forecasting and Recommendations: Construct forecasts, predictions, and recommendations based on existing policy terms. Prepare and present reports on a monthly, quarterly, or as-requested basis, highlighting issues, observations, or outcomes.
  • Team Management: Monitor team performance, improve, and mentor team members. Develop client services and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from any background; General Insurance certifications are an added advantage. A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the General Insurance industry, preferably with an Insurance Company, Broker, or TPA.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Experience handling data management portals, preferably SAIBA. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS-Office. Good Team Management skills, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Ability to work with large data sets on multiple systems.
