Senior Influencer Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Influencer Executive to lead our influencer marketing efforts.

  • This role will involve identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing influencer campaigns that align with our brand's goals and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Ensure that content adheres to our brand guidelines and is optimized for performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with our brand, product, and creative teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
