Job Title: Senior Innovation Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Innovation Researcher to drive innovation and growth within our organization. This full-time role involves conducting research, developing new products, analyzing data, and ensuring successful implementation of R&D projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute experiments to drive innovation and deliver business value.
  2. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  3. Analyze research data and prepare technical reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share findings and insights, driving strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis using statistical tools and techniques.
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and carrying out research projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
  • Proficient laboratory skills including equipment maintenance, experiment execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Background in research methodologies and techniques, with knowledge of scientific principles and theories.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry is an asset, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
