Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of our Mobile Banking projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management across departments.
  • Arrange training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the Banking/Fintech/IT sector, with at least 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects/programs and 3 years of Banking sector experience.
  • Good acquaintance with Project management tools and Mobile App release mechanisms.
  • Deep expertise in Scrum and one or more Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking) and services.
  • Ability to understand application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and cloud-based microservices projects.
  • PMP, Scrum, and Prince 2 certifications.
