Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of consistent Product Lifecycle Management policies across all projects.
  • Meticulous monitoring of project statuses, providing key insights to senior management for effective decision-making.
  • Adherence to contractual obligations, including Bank Guarantees, insurances, and statutory requirements, working collaboratively with partners.
  • Rigorous tracking of project and contractual timelines; advising on Liquidated Damages penalties, Extensions of Time, and recovery or extension of Bank Guarantees as necessary.

Project Budgeting:

  • ">
  • Development of project budgets in collaboration with Design, Projects, and Supply Chain Management teams.
  • Facilitation of the generation and approval of Non-Fundable Approvals requests in line with approved project budgets.
  • Creation and management of a comprehensive Budget Tracker for projects; prompt notification of senior management of any cost overruns.
  • Coordination with project and Supply Chain Management teams to develop Capex forecasts for effective project planning and resource allocation.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Compilation of detailed Management Information System reports for senior management meetings, and generation of progress updates highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • Development and maintenance of project schedules aligned with customer commitments; preparation of detailed reports for customers and external investors showcasing project progress and future projections.
  • Leadership of meetings with customers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and manage expectations.
  • Establishment and maintenance of communication channels to oversee the design process through to construction issue resolution in collaboration with customer SMEs.
  • Compilation and dissemination of reports and Minutes of Meeting to ensure transparency.

  • Establishment of regular communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and decisions.
  • Maintenance of transparency and openness in communications to build trust and credibility.
  • Building of strong relationships by actively listening to stakeholder concerns and addressing their needs.
  • Engagement of stakeholders in project activities and decision-making processes where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PGDPM NICMAR/RICS. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in Data center industry/sector.
  • Strong understanding of PLM policies, project governance, and contract management.
  • Proven experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MSP, MS Doc, Power Bi etc.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
