**Job Title:** Operations & Network Professional

**Location:** Chennai (Remote)

Reports to: AGM - Operations

**Job Summary:

The Operations & Network Professional will ensure seamless day-to-day operational activities, coordinating between ambulance operators, users, and the call center team for reliable and timely services.

Responsibilities include expanding the ambulance network, onboarding and training partners, monitoring trip performance, handling payment follow-ups, resolving operational issues, and supporting negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate and interact with private ambulance operators in identified cities to expand our ambulance network.
  • Train ambulance owners and staff to use our mobile app for trips.
  • Interact with the call center for regular ambulance trips.
  • Follow up with ambulance operators and users for any payments owed.
  • Assist the call center in negotiating rates with ambulance operators for trips or events.
  • Monitor critical trip progress, especially outstation trips.
  • Interface with users, call center, and ambulance owner/staff for issue resolution.
  • Escalate issues beyond control to senior management.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and provide activity updates.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability to startup culture.
  • Availability on Whatsapp and calls during business hours.
  • Own laptop required.
  • Multilingual (Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil).
