Expert Construction Industry Relationship Builder

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with expertise in construction and architecture to manage high-value client relationships for international firms across the US & Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to drive business growth, build strong partnerships, and deliver exceptional results.
- Pursue and manage key client accounts within the construction industry.
- Demonstrate expertise in architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful client outcomes.
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of total experience, with 8+ years in account management within offshore engineering/construction services.
- In-depth understanding of project lifecycles in architecture, structural, MEP, and BIM.
- Strong proficiency in CAD tools and design processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
