Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce defect costs and improve value stream sustainability.
  • Lead the implementation of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and guide associates' competence to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Support the value stream in troubleshooting technical and quality breakdowns, and process investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize production.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of experience in process development and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Python for vision system development and basics of OPCON BOSCH, Fanuc, and Siemens controllers.
  • Experience in testing processes, including leakage testing, functional testing, and flow measurement.
  • Knowledge of machine, process, gauge capability, and SPC.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and data analytics skills (MES, MAS, Tableau, Power BI, Python).
  • Camera vision software programming skills (Cognex, Keyance, Neurocheck, Omron, AI-based vision system).
