Key Responsibilities:

  • Support troubleshooting for technical and quality breakdowns

  • Develop and implement solutions to improve process efficiency
  • Create and maintain process data sheets
  • Develop and guide associates to improve competence
  • Cycle time reduction, defect cost reduction, and cost reduction with RPP measures
  • Design approval process discussion with machine suppliers
  • Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, 8D, CAPA, and support for audits

Qualifications:

B. Tech Mechanical/Production Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in grinding area

Additional Information:

Basics of CNC programming on Fanuc and Siemens controller (must)
Knowledge of machine and process capability and SPC (must)
Experience in grinding processes (must)
Experience in developing and implementing I concepts
Basic knowledge of various problem-solving tools like 8D, PSS, Shianin, DOE, etc.
Experience with low-cost automation
Experience of machine commissioning (must)
Data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI)
Good working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
POKA YOKE identification and implementation to eliminate customer complaints
