Compliance Specialist: Senior Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of compliance across our organization.

  • Regulatory Expertise: A deep understanding of SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations is essential in this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Policy Development: Assist in drafting, revising, and implementing compliance-related policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure alignment with regulatory updates and internal controls.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare and review compliance reports, test reports, and regulatory disclosures to guarantee accuracy and timeliness before submission to relevant authorities.
  • Governance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation for Board and committee processes, including meeting minutes and scheme information documents.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective relationships with vendors, auditors, consultants, and regulators to address compliance and audit matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in compliance, with exposure to mutual funds/AIFs.
  • Graduation in Finance, Law, or related field; Company Secretary qualification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new compliance tools and systems.
