  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership in areas such as additives, ingredients, nutrition information, and metrology nuances.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in food science, nutrition, or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong understanding of labeling standards, claims regulations, and compliance requirements in key global markets.
  • Ability to track and analyze regulatory changes, advisories, and amendments.
  • Familiarity with nutraceuticals and health supplement regulations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Industry understanding of trade policies, export compliance challenges, and regulatory impact on food businesses.
