Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Oversight & Advisory
    • Provide strategic consulting during supervisory reviews and assist with regulatory inspections and defence strategies.
    • Lead advisory mandates involving regulations, inspection readiness, regulatory change impact, and enforcement risk management.
    • Advise clients on complex regulatory issues, including sector-specific requirements and master directions.
  • Compliance Program Development & Risk Management
    • Spearhead design, implementation, and evaluation of holistic enterprise compliance frameworks for clients.
    • Supervise policy governance advisory, including drafting/review of all regulatory-mandated policies, compliance manuals, and operational risk frameworks.
    • Advise clients to build robust compliance and risk function policies, board-level reporting, and operational integration of written policy with business execution.
  • Market Conduct & Insider Trading Prevention
    • Operationalize robust frameworks for market conduct, personal account dealing, conflict-of-interest management, and staff accountability.
    • Oversee design and review of insider trading prevention frameworks aligned with regulatory expectations.
  • Regulatory Enforcement & Defence Strategy
    • Support preparation of defensible submissions, responses to enforcement proceedings, and settlement or adjudication under relevant acts.
  • Conduct Risk Management & Senior Leadership Accountability
    • Define and operationalize governance roles for boards, senior management, and leadership teams, focusing on tone-from-the-top conduct culture and accountability.
    • Design and deliver trainings to clients aligned with evolving best practices and regulatory expectations.
