Global Service Desk Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Service Desk Analyst to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Global Service Desk, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users reporting incidents and providing first-line support for IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for internal and external customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve common IT issues related to hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and ensure all cases are updated in the system.
- Escalate complex problems to the Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering as needed.
- Maintain call quality and response times as per the agreed SLA's.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any technical stream from a Deemed University and 2023/2024 pass-outs only.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of operating systems, hardware, networking, and MS applications.
- Multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment skills to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
