Acknowledged Experts Wanted for Cross-Border Structures

Kimbocorp is looking for self-driven, entrepreneurial individuals who want to establish themselves as key players in cross-border commercial advisory. As an acknowledged expert, you will work closely with business owners and founders in your region to help them set up Singapore-based holding companies.

You will be a licensed advisor under Kimbocorp, helping clients:

  • Create innovative pre-incorporation sandbox businesses
  • Develop shareholder and director structures
  • Prepare early LOIs and agreements
  • Formalise their holding companies with comprehensive digital and advisory support

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and introduce a minimum of 3 qualified stakeholders per month to explore Singapore structures
  • Guide leads from your network into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation
  • Follow up with prospects, share proposals, and close deals
  • Attend regular training sessions and advisory townhalls
  • Provide one-on-one guidance to clients alongside our Singapore-based team
  • Grow your own book of business and build a sustainable referral network
