Accounts Receivable Manager

This is a highly challenging role that involves managing the entire accounts receivable process. We are seeking an experienced professional who can effectively manage cash flow, maintain accurate records, and build strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an Accounts Receivable role, with experience in invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Invoicing & Collections: Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reconciliation: Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including aging reports and key performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • MBA or CA qualification.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy level.
