About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Applications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying customer payments in a timely and accurate manner, using financial reporting software and other tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Collection and Application: You will be responsible for accurately collecting and applying cash collections from customers, utilizing financial reporting software and other tools.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: You will perform timely and accurate reconciliation of cash balances to general ledger accounts, and provide regular reports to management on cash collection activities.
  • SAP Knowledge: You will work with Corporate Treasury to report on cash not related to client payments, and have experience working with SAP is an added advantage.
  • Quality Assurance: You will perform quality assurance and compliance checks on AR related activities, including auditing requirements and providing data to auditors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial Reporting: Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint is required.
  • Knowledge of Financial Systems: Working knowledge of financial systems, including accounting principles and practices, is essential.
  • SAP Knowledge: Experience working with SAP or similar financial systems is an added advantage.
  • Education and/or Experience:
    • Graduate or master's degree in Finance Stream is required.
    • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Order to Cash is necessary.
