We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team in Rajarhat, Kolkata. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Job DescriptionYou will be working closely with customers to understand their requirements, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and effective manner. Your primary goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience, building trust and loyalty with our clients through your expertise and passion for providing top-notch support.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati
- Ability to work in shifts, including evening and night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
