Employment-Based Immigration Lawyer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our employment-based immigration law practice. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review and edit a high volume of NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B visa categories.
- Manage a large caseload while collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process, providing regular updates and status reports.
- Report to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions.
- Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor, to facilitate efficient processing and approval of visa applications.
- Support lawyers in procuring evidence and preparing documents, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and track cases according to firm policies and procedures.
- At least three years of experience in employment-based immigration law, with a focus on O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
- A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
