Program Manager Specialist

As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery, governance, and execution of central Learning and Development programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success, while also coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts.

You will track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates to ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to support strategic L&D initiatives, including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions for central Learning and Development programs
  • Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts
  • Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently
  • Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability

  • Comfortable working with data and analytics for program decisions
