The Senior Manager – Learning Solutions & Consulting will lead the design, delivery, and orchestration of cutting-edge learning and leadership development solutions. This involves leading the design and development of learning and leadership solutions, integrating assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and innovative technologies to translate narrative scripts and complex academic or technical concepts into engaging learning experiences (storyboards, videos, simulations, and blended learning solutions).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Technical Leadership:
    • Translate complex content into engaging learning experiences.
    • Drive visualization and design consistency across all learning materials to maximize learner engagement and retention.
    • Ensure solutions align with client business context, goals, and measurable impact.
  • Client Management & Delivery:
    • Lead large, complex, multi-portfolio client engagements.
    • Manage project delivery teams, timelines, budgets, and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
    • Oversee content development workflows, including production, LMS integration, and quality assurance of digital assets.
  • Business Development & Growth:
    • Partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.
    • Identify opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services across portfolios.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building:
    • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants, learning associates, and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.
    • Mobilize and align resources across workstreams, fostering collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
    • 10–12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience managing large, complex client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
    • Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms.
    • Experience in proposal development, business development, and client expansion.
    • Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or consulting (preferred).
