We're seeking an experienced AI/ML Strategist to lead our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy large-scale AI systems, architecting ML pipelines for robustness, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Drive AI/ML strategy in alignment with business goals and industry trends.
  • Implement state-of-the-art AI solutions, including LLMs, VLMs, and multimodal systems.
  • Develop scalable ML pipelines, ensuring model fine-tuning, transfer learning, and vector databases are utilized effectively.
  • Provide technical leadership in MLOps, deployment strategies, and governance for AI models across cloud and edge deployments.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, and domain experts to shape AI-driven innovation.
  • Evaluate emerging research and technologies in AI/ML, recommending adoption strategies for enterprise impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in deploying AI solutions at scale, with expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems, model optimization, and high-performance computing for AI workloads.
  • Experience with MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and responsible AI practices.
