Job Summary: AI/ML Analyst - Advanced

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for Oil & Gas industry challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machine learning and expertise in domain knowledge related to oil and gas.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that drive operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs across various aspects of E&P, O&M, Supply Chain, and HSE datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning strategies to address business needs and improve decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to design and build large-scale data pipelines using big data technologies like Spark and Databricks.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI/ML models into existing systems and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, perform feature engineering, and assist in model validation and iteration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in AI/ML and apply new techniques to solve complex problems.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with a strong background in machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL/NoSQL, and big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, DevOps principles, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
