We seek an innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team and develop advanced AI-driven solutions. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing agentic AI workflows, building and integrating LLM-powered agents, and developing event-driven data pipelines.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory-compliant healthcare/Life Sciences AI solutions. Additionally, you will monitor, test, and fine-tune AI workflows for accuracy, latency, scalability, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows for clinical source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.
  • Build and integrate LLM-powered agents using AWS Bedrock and open-source frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
  • Develop event-driven data pipelines leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
  • Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent communication techniques to enhance workflow performance.
  • Integrate AI agents securely with external systems via APIs.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design PHI/PII-safe ingestion pipelines, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with proven hands-on expertise in LLM/agentic AI development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Practical experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen.
  • Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services: Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend Medical.
  • Proficiency in API integration and event-driven architectures.
