Advanced AI Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Advanced AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale AI algorithms, models, and platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to create world-class AI products with global impact. As an Advanced AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the full AI lifecycle: ideation, design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.

  • Lead end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
  • Work directly with founders, product leaders, and clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
  • Mentor junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
  • Pursue new methodologies, tools, and architectures to push AI boundaries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
