About the Role

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive/Senior Guest Relations Executive to join our team at goSTOPS. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our properties in South and West India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a pleasant demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, updating them as needed.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs.
  • Assist in procurement of monthly supplies.
  • Support the service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Issue invoices and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India.
