We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our consulting projects within the hospitality industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering projects through hospitality, tourism, and leisure.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, from initiation to completion
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and approval processes
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
