Job Title: Digital Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our digital lending and product journeys comply with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Oversight: Supervise the dissemination of actionable information from new guidelines and ensure implementation by respective business units.
  • Risk Monitoring: Strictly monitor various issues relating to digital journeys through available systems and tools.
  • Policy Approval: Approve new or review existing policies, internal circulars, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Advisory Services: Handle advisory related to compliance with regulatory guidelines on digital lending and other related matters.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Connect with regulators and peer banks to clarify processes and benchmark best practices.
  • Testing and Validation: Test regulations, processes, and controls as required.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Provide relevant inputs for preparation of presentations and dashboards for senior management.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper controls are in place to mitigate compliance risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital Lending Knowledge: Understanding of basic processes involved in digital lending and product journeys.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to apply basic concepts to practical scenarios and issues.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of regulations and guidelines.
  • Compliance Experience: Experience in handling compliance related to digital lending and products.
  • Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PPT.
