Job Title: Digital Acquisition Expert
About the Role:The Digital Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Key responsibilities include leveraging online channels to generate leads, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Plan, implement, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and allocation to achieve acquisition targets.
- Identify new channels and digital opportunities to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analytics to improve overall marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
