Senior Team Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to oversee quality assurance efforts for our web domain project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.
  • Lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.
  • Manage testing for high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Manage the QA team's workload and provide support in resolving issues.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Good analytical and logical skills to think through new applications and strategise testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool.
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile-based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Ideally have experience with Linux environment.
