Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality assurance and quality control initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute metrics, analysis, and reporting to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs.
  • Maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management.
  • Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the projects/programs.
  • Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence and deliver quality-related training.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies, including Agile/Kanban/Scrum, and expertise in Quality Management activities, including audits and assessments. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
