Customer Service Specialist

About Us:

We are a tech startup that builds innovative baby products.

Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.

The smart crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wakeup, learns from the baby's sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep.

We are passionate about sensing, learning and impacting the outcome for the baby and parents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
  • List, empathize and assist customers in achieving their goals.
  • Manage incoming chats and emails, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
  • Address, resolve and document customer complaints related to business growth, billing and general account satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our business model to answer customer inquiries.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, polite and friendly demeanor.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet.
  • Calmness under pressure during stressful interactions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
