We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our financial operations.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations efficiently. You will be responsible for handling creator/educator payouts, invoicing, and vendor payments with precision.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations efficiently.
- Handle creator/educator payouts, invoicing, and vendor payments with precision.
- Maintain compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist with audits, tax-related matters, and monthly/quarterly closings to ensure smooth financial management.
- Support budgeting, MIS reporting, and cash-flow management.
- Work closely with operations and leadership teams to enhance processes and drive growth.
- 1–3 years of finance/accounts experience, preferably in a startup/SaaS environment.
- A good understanding of Indian accounting standards and compliances, including GST, TDS, and ROC.
- Proficiency in accounting tools like Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks and Excel/Sheets is essential.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.
