Job Description

The role of Assistant Manager - Cluster Finance Business Partner is a key position in driving sustainable growth for our business, customers, and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business, liaise with partners on commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, and Pricing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Follow up on partner payments and monitor overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and commercial terms.
  • Support data validation and highlight discrepancies.
  • Assist with franchise partner account management, payment reconciliation, and clearing entries.
  • Act as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, providing business context for timely resolutions.
  • Prepare finance committee and/or executive committee documents (e.g., Franchise BPM).
  • Meet ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal finance, legal, and sales teams for smooth operational execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
  • External and Internal Audit Liaison.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong in business partnering and collaboration.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
