As a key member of our financial team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our real estate projects.

The Real Estate Accountant position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring timely compliance with taxation laws.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent analytical abilities, and effective communication skills to work closely with internal teams, auditors, and consultants.

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial statements and records.
  • Handle taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance, to minimize risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university.
  • Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
