Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing job adverts, performing active candidate outreach, and building screening processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage job adverts across various job boards
  • Perform active candidate outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels
  • Build screening and assessment processes including technical assessments, video interviews, and creating questions and marking rubrics
  • Review job applications and mark assessments
  • Perform background checks on candidates
  • Create candidate shortlists for clients
  • Handle candidate communication and coordination, providing feedback and responses promptly
  • Build and manage key relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges
  • Continually refine our screening and assessment process

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment or scale up
