Performance Marketing Lead

We're on a mission to drive growth and innovation in Europe's logistics sector. As a fast-growing startup, we need a seasoned Performance Marketing Lead who can propel our brand forward through high-impact campaigns.

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to reach international markets.
  • Optimise campaign performance to achieve strong ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Lead creative testing – ad copy, visuals, formats – to identify breakthrough campaigns that resonate with audiences.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing spend and targeting decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

You'll need:

  • 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • A strong track record of running successful campaigns for international markets.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • The ability to balance creativity with analytical rigour.
  • Comfortable taking ownership, setting strategies, and leading execution.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing brand direction.
