Financial Operations Specialist

">About the Role:

This is a dynamic role that involves day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, data analysis and reconciliation. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily, weekly and monthly accounting functions, preparing annual financial statements and coordinating with external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing daily, weekly and monthly accounting functions, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Preparing annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Coordinating with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant or on a path to achieve designation.
  • 2-3 years experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with multitasking capabilities.
  • Good understanding of technology automation is a strong plus.
  • Ability to specify programming requirements is a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter and not require constant supervision.
