- Account Management: Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
- Reporting and Compliance: Update financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Operating Budgets and Reports: Prepare operating budgets, financial statements, and reports to support informed decision-making.
- Policy Review and Compliance: Review existing financial policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
