Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing client invoices, processing vendor bills, expense entries, payment follow-ups etc.

They must have knowledge of various GST Returns, GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 and GSTR 9, GST Reconciliation etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Accounting software experience, specifically Tally and Zoho Books.
  • Preparation of client invoices and processing vendor bills.
  • Expense entries and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintenance of accounts independently.
  • Reconciliation such as Bank-Reconciliation, Vendor/Customer reconciliations.
  • Preparation of Monthly MIS to management on time.
  • Annual closing assignments and Balance sheet preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, GST and TDS fillings.
  • Sound knowledge of GST and TDS Provisions.
  • Basic Knowledge of accounting concepts, preparing Financial Statements.
  • Candidate must have experience in handling accounting as per Indian Laws and can adhere to various timelines.
  • Hardworking and willing to work on a long-term basis who can take responsibility and handle the work independently under minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of Excel is important.
  • Desirable qualifications include M.Com/B.Com Degree/ICWA with 0-3 years of experience in the Maintenance of Accounts.
  • Similar role experience of 2 to 3 years.
