We are seeking a seasoned and well-connected Business Development Lead to drive our sales efforts in the defence and law enforcement domains.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and securing opportunities for our analytics and digital transformation solutions within the Indian Army and related agencies.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for analytics, AI, and digital transformation solutions within Indian Army units, commands, and law enforcement organizations.
  • Leveraging personal and professional connections with senior Army officers and public security officials to build trust and open doors for business collaboration.
  • Leading end-to-end sales efforts from opportunity identification to closure, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Introducing and positioning our company's solutions to defence establishments, paramilitary forces, and law enforcement agencies as a trusted partner in digital innovation.
  • Working closely with internal product, delivery, and technology teams to align client requirements with customized solutions.

For this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong network within Indian Army, paramilitary forces, or law enforcement agencies.
  • Experience working in the defence or technology sectors is preferred.
