Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced production expert to oversee the manufacturing process of asphalt batch mix plants.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Production Strategy: Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Process Enhancement: Continuously improve production efficiency, minimize downtime, and enhance product quality standards.
    • Technical Expertise: Ensure proper assembly and manufacturing of asphalt batch mix plants and their components, adhering to industry best practices.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and guide the production team, fostering a culture of high performance, productivity, and collaboration.
    • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to maintain our high standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements: 5 years of experience in asphalt batch mix plant production, deep understanding of asphalt plant components, machinery, and production processes, leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
