  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
  • Build and manage a robust distribution network across retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for our products
  • Manage and lead the sales team by setting goals, providing training, and monitoring performance
  • Establish strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences to drive business growth
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and product launches
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic reports for management review
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with distributors and key clients
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices
