Job Title Sales Manager - FMCG Salary 30000 - 50000 Timing 8 AM - 8 PM Experience 3 years - 6 years Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our FMCG sales operations The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth building strong distribution networks managing sales teams and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within assigned territories Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets Build and manage a strong distribution network across retail wholesale and modern trade channels Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for the company s FMCG products Manage and lead the sales team by setting goals providing training and monitoring performance Establish strong relationships with key retailers distributors and business partners Monitor competitor activities market trends and consumer preferences to drive business growth Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns trade marketing activities and product launches Prepare sales forecasts budgets and periodic reports for management review Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with distributors and key clients Ensure compliance with company policies sales processes and ethical business practices Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of FMCG sales distribution and channel management Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market data prepare reports and make data-driven decisions Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage and motivate sales teams effectively Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field MBA preferred 3-6 years of proven experience in FMCG sales with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of distribution networks and retail trade dynamics Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM tools Job Type Full-time Pay 12 762 77 - 50 960 32 per month
