We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who takes complete ownership of clients, scales brands across platforms, and is passionate about achieving results.

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms, while ensuring excellent service and timely reporting to clients.

This role offers flexibility with remote work and competitive salary based on experience.

You will:

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across various channels.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on growth, retention, and achieving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics, including ROAS, Click-through Rate (CTR), Cost per Action (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 2 years of experience in running paid campaigns, particularly on Meta and Google, with Snapchat experience being an asset.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain data and strategy clearly.
  • A proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset, taking initiative and ensuring results.
  • The ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
