Executive Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a key member of our Import and Export Department.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of import and export activities.
  • Prepare and review various documents, such as export invoices, packing lists, BL drafts, and insurance certificates, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with factory personnel, forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customers to facilitate efficient communication and coordination.
  • Negotiate air or sea freight rates with forwarders, shipping lines, or CHA to secure optimal pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of import and export regulations, including hazardous cargo handling, Dangerous Goods Declarations (DGD), and Letter of Credit (LC) Shipments.
  • Familiarity with SCOMET and Narcotics requirements for shipments.
