  • Effective finance manager for Accounts and Finance Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate year-end financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely GST-related matters compliance, responding to notices and ensuring timely compliance.
  • Oversee foreign Letters of Credit (LCs) management and related import/export regulations understanding.
  • Liaise with banks for credit renewals, limit extensions, and maintain strong banking relationships.
  • Coordinate external and internal auditors and facilitate audit processes.
  • Analyse financial data to provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
  • Maintain adherence to all relevant financial laws and regulations.
  • Cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting are ensured.
  • Support management with financial analysis and reports as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CMA Semi-qualified or CA.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in finance, infrastructure sector background preferred.
  • Proven GST compliance and notice response experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in managing foreign LCs and staying updated on RBI and import/export regulations.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
