Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative pedagogical methods to engage students in the learning process.
  • Guide students in research projects, monitor their academic progress, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Create and implement career-enhancement programs to help students achieve their goals.
  • Supervise teaching assistants and ensure they are equipped to support students effectively.
  • Participate in departmental and college activities, including committees, to contribute to the growth and development of the institution.
  • Evaluate student activities and progress, providing actionable feedback to enhance their performance.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Marketing or Finance (15+ years of experience)
  • Post-Graduation (MBA/M.Com) relevant to specialization (11+ years of experience)
  • Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in Marketing or Finance or Supply Chain (2-10 years of experience)
