Full Stack Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled full stack trainer to join our organization on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development:
    • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, code samples, exercises, and projects, to facilitate effective learning of React.js concepts and best practices.
  • Training Delivery:
    • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to individuals or groups of students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Participant Support:
    • Provide personalized guidance and support to participants throughout the training program, answering questions, providing feedback on assignments, and offering assistance with troubleshooting.
  • Coding Exercises:
    • Design and lead hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning objectives, encourage active participation, and enhance practical skills in React.js development.
  • Adaptability:
    • Tailor training content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs and learning styles of participants, ensuring a dynamic and effective learning experience for all attendees.
  • Industry Updates:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in React.js development and front-end web technologies, and incorporate relevant information into training curriculum as needed.
  • Progress Evaluation:
    • Monitor and assess participant progress throughout the training program, identifying areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather feedback, refine training materials, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • A strong understanding of React.js concepts, workflows, and best practices.
  • Training Experience:
    • Preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
  • Communication Skills:
    • The ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • The ability to build rapport with participants and create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Pedagogical Skills:
    • A genuine desire to help others succeed in their learning and career goals.
  • Flexibility:
    • The ability to accommodate different learning styles, preferences, and skill levels among participants.
  • Technical Competence:
    • In the following subjects: fundamentals of computer programming, software engineering fundamentals & lifecycle, essential data structures & algorithms, Linux, Git & GitHub, HTML5 & CSS3, JavaScript (ECMAScript 2018 & above), working with Babel, Webpack, and other module bundlers/toolchains, React v16.8 or above with Redux and React Router, Node.js, Express Framework, MongoDB, deployment across popular providers such as Heroku, AWS Beanstalk, Netlify, Vercel etc., best practices for full-stack development, implementing authentication and authorization, application architectures such as MVC, Microservices, APIs such as RESTful APIs, GraphQL etc., code organization strategies, deployment strategies.
