Market Mix Modelling Specialist

The role of the Market Mix Modelling Specialist is to provide strategic insights to drive business growth through market mix modelling. This involves working closely with clients to understand their marketing strategy and objectives, and designing customized modelling approaches to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements involving market mix modelling.
  • Understand client business challenges and design customized modelling approaches to address them.
  • Translate analytical results into strategic recommendations for media planning and budget allocation.
  • Lead the design, development, and validation of market mix models using econometric/statistical tools (e.g., regression models, time-series analysis).
  • Analyse historical media and sales data to identify key drivers of performance.
  • Provide scenario analysis and media optimization insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Integrate market mix modelling results with other measurement approaches such as MTA, digital attribution, or brand health tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in econometric and statistical tools (e.g., regression models, time-series analysis).
  • Experience with market mix modelling and/or media planning.
