We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to review 3D models from consultants and contractors.
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
  • Manage Views to Issues and automate Grouped Clashes.
  • Configure BIM Track Settings for Navisworks.
  • Display clashes interactively in Navisworks models with sectioning filter.
  • Synchronize Clash Status.
  • Manage clashes and viewpoints in Navisworks.
  • Publish models to Viewer from Navisworks.
  • Convert clashes to issues with different properties.
  • Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit.
  • Perform early design review and constructability analysis.
  • Update BIM Project Documents.
  • Extract and verify 3D model quantities.
  • Create 4D schedules and simulations using Autodesk Navisworks.
  • Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in creating BIM Track issues.
  • Experience in creating Navisworks viewpoints.
  • Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360, and BIM Track.
  • Familiarity with integrated features of BIM Track for Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures.
  • Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years of work experience.
  • BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology.
